Hopleaf added a draft wine program in addition to its extensive bottled wine selection in 2012. While we still offer wines by the bottle, draft wines, including many from Free Flow Wines dominate our wine sales. We have 10 taps dedicated to draft wines. For summer, we have four reds, four whites and two rose' wines on offer in quarter, half and 750 ml carafes. Customers love them! We do too. Last glass tastes as good as the first. No waste. Excellent profit margins. Customer gets to choose how much they want. No bottles to throw away. We are selling more wine than ever.
